Directions for Patients to Opt Back in for Solution Reach Text Messaging
Option 1
Locate the message on your mobile device that was sent by CARES prompting you to reply for permission to text you. Text “Unstop” or “Start”, which will opt you back in to receive text messages from our office.
Option 2
If you are unable to locate the message, text “Unstop” or “Start” to the number 86961 to receive text messages from our office.
